Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused and in original condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and uncut

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Note: Custom-cut fabrics or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed instantly

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
